Oh, ok, I know what happened. I found a youtube video of the song playing in the background. It indeed sounds quite similiar but it's probably because they used the same loop to make it. It's not stolen.

I was gonna say the start sounded a lot like Tsugaru but then realized both uses the Shimasen... and I was like: why does this sound familiar?

I liked the first minute or so but then when the music sorta stopped and there were just drum beats and stuff, but then when the music started again it sounded cool again. Well, that's my opinion.
